One technical value, no tracking.

In your browser

One technical flag (wpEmojiSettingsSupports) is stored for rendering and cleared when the tab closes. No cookies, no ads, no analytics.

From the host and third parties

WordPress.com (Automattic) runs its own performance measurement on the pages it serves; that is the host’s, not ours. Your browser also fetches one script from WordPress.org (s.w.org, emoji support), a default of the WordPress software.

The Yggdrasil platform

Two, to keep you signed in.

The platform (Asgard and Helgrind) sets two cookies needed to keep you signed in, and keeps sign-in state in your browser while you are signed in. That is described in the platform’s own privacy notice, shown at sign-up.
